About Me
Hello! My name is Amanda Trotman. I am a licensed massage therapist and graduated from the Aveda Institute of Tampa Bay in 2022. My work experience over the last few years have included providing therapeutic and relaxing massage therapy in a med spa and luxury day spa. Currently I am self-employed providing in-home mobile massage sessions in the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. I specialize in relaxing therapeutic massage, deep tissue, hot stones, aromatherapy, Reiki, and prenatal massage.
There is a saying that the body can "heal thyself". I believe the body can and will heal itself from the stresses of life and day-to-day living, if we are conscious of the mind and body connection. By letting go and relaxing the mind, the body is allowed the rest it needs to restore, heal, and rejuvenate itself.
I approach massage from an intuitive approach, allowing love and light to flow, leading and guiding me in the massage session to provide exactly what my clients need for their relief and relaxation. My touch is calming, nurturing, relaxing, and healing...melting away the pain, stress, and tension. My passion and attentiveness is felt in every muscle in the body, as I work to facilitate the release of the built up stress from your day, week, and month. I am passionate about helping others feel their best, giving back to others a practice that has benefited me so much over the years.
More about me: I am a mother of four beautiful children, they are the lights of my world :-) Being a mother and birthing four babies makes other mommas and mommas-to-be to have a special space in my heart. I enjoy traveling, dancing, singing, and creating memories and fun times with my family.
